About Me

Modern Medicine Woman

For more than a decade, I’ve been devoted to the transformative potential of plant medicines and the quiet inner work they invite. My path has included deep relationship with cacao, mushrooms, and kanna — plants that continue to shape both my personal practice and the spaces I hold for others.

Before this work, I was trained as a chemical engineer and spent many years in the pharmaceutical industry. That background continues to inform how I approach this path today — grounded, safety-minded, and rooted in science and lived experience.

Over the years, I’ve studied ceremony, facilitation, and integration through mentorship and hands-on experience, including apprenticeship and training with a master shaman. Through this work, I’ve learned how to hold intentional spaces where people can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with themselves in a deeper way.

At the heart of my work is connection.
Connection to the wisdom of the plants.
Connection to the body and intuition.
Connection to the parts of ourselves that often get quiet beneath the noise of everyday life.

I don’t see myself as a healer. I see myself as a guide and a midwife — someone who helps create the conditions where people can meet themselves honestly and remember their own capacity for healing and change.

In every circle, course, and session, my intention is simple: to create safe, grounded spaces where meaningful and lasting transformation can unfold.
