With a background spanning corporate life, wellness, and years of holding intimate containers for women, I bring a grounded, embodied presence to everything I offer. I’m known for my ability to slow a room down, soften nervous systems, and help people reconnect with what they already know beneath the noise of everyday life.
I created this reset after navigating my own seasons of uncertainty — and realizing how different decisions feel when they come from clarity instead of pressure. Learning to trust my body’s signals changed everything. I built this because I wish I’d learned to listen sooner.
