Ceremonies
Our retreats are infused with a flowy, feminine energy, drawing from shamanic traditions and Katie’s years of training with a Master Shaman to create a space that feels nurturing and earth-connected, rather than clinical. As your guide and the 'midwife' of your healing journey, Katie supports the alchemy of the ceremony energy while empowering you to tap into your inner strength and wisdom. Here, you are not just a participant but your own healer.
My Process is different than a lot of plant ceremonies that you'll find because I want you to be as prepared and supported as possible through this process. So there is a lot of extra care at every step. We start with an intake form + preparation call then we'll work to set an intention for our session and decide which medicine is best for you / what dosage. Each ceremony also includes two integration calls.
Healing Medicine Circles
These intimate women's group ceremonies are held monthly in Hamilton typically the first Friday of the month. These are day-long journeys where ancient wisdom meets modern healing. This experience is crafted to help you move past the blockages that hinder your personal growth, through the powerful synergies of psychedelics / plant medicines. These sessions are designed to open your heart and mind, facilitating profound emotional and spiritual healing. We will discuss which medicines we’ll use during the session in advance to choose the right ones for your experience. There is something special about the magic that happens in this shared container with the collective intention at work.
Private Ceremonies
Each ceremony is tailored to meet your unique spiritual and emotional needs, providing a supportive and confidential environment where you can freely express and navigate your inner experiences.
Many people choose private ceremonies because they value the one-on-one attention and the ability to delve deeply into personal healing without the dynamics of a group. These sessions offer a discrete and intimate setting, where our experienced guides can provide personalized support and insights that are directly relevant to your journey.
Whether you are seeking to heal from past traumas, connect with your higher self, or simply explore the transformative power of plant medicines, our private ceremonies provide a safe and nurturing environment to foster profound personal growth and understanding.
On the day of your ceremony we'll spend the day dedicated to you and your healing and I'll be with you every step of the way. You're welcome to stay the night to process and get away from everyday life. We'll do some light integration and nourish your body. Following the ceremony we'll schedule 2 Zoom integration calls roughly 1 week and 3 weeks later. I'm available for What'sApp chats through this time period to help you with things that may come up.

Couples Ceremony
​This is for those couples who want to experience the power of psychedelic medicines together. It can be done with either psilocybin mushrooms and/or MDMA. You can expect to experience deep connection, understanding and connection.
Can take place at my sanctuary during week days or I can travel to your location. Travel expenses to be reimbursed.

Integration
Integration is just as important as the ceremony itself and your ceremony includes two integration sessions. It is the process of taking your peak experience and bringing it into your everyday life. Though the integration process will continue for months, we'll work together to be sure you have as soft of a landing back into the reality of everyday life. It can also be helpful if you have a therapist or counsellor that you work with as well who is open to psychedelic work.
