Fall Equinox Weekend Retreat

An intimate women's weekend of sacred ceremony in nature September 19-21.

Let go of the rush, come back to your natural rhythm.

We live in a world that asks us to do more, hold more, be more. But beneath all that striving… your soul is asking for something else.  She’s asking for stillness. For breath. For the feeling of the earth under your feet, to breathe the forest air, to sit by the shore of the lake.  She’s asking to remember the rhythm that lives not in your calendar — but in your body and in the Earth.

On this sacred weekend just before the Autumn Equinox & new moon — the great turning point between light and dark — we gather together to return to balance. Held by the lake, the forest, and sacred plant allies, you’ll be guided through a weekend of nourishment, ceremony, and reconnection. A space to exhale. To remember. To realign with what matters.

Come rest. Come receive. Come return to balance.

This weekend is for you if...

  • You’ve been holding too much for too long

  • You crave time to reconnect with your body, soul, and the Earth

  • You’re feeling a transition and want to move through it with clarity

  • You long for a deeper relationship with sacred medicines

  • You are ready to remember your own rhythm

  • I’ve never worked with MDMA or mushrooms before — is that okay?
Yes. Many women who join this retreat are new to sacred medicine work. You’ll be lovingly supported through every stage of the journey, with clear preparation, experienced guidance, and integration practices to help you feel safe, open, and grounded.
  • What if I'm on medications?
We will discuss your specific situation in detail to be sure it is safe for you to participate.
  • What if I’m nervous about taking the medicine?
That’s completely normal — and even welcomed. This retreat is held in a deeply intentional, heart-centered way, with ample time for grounding and emotional preparation. There is no pressure to “go deep” — only an invitation to meet yourself as you are.
  • What is the optional peyote microdose on Friday?
You’ll have the option to explore a small, heart-opening microdose of peyote medicine upon arrival at the retreat. It’s entirely optional and is meant to gently open connection and presence with the land. Cacao will also be offered later in the evening. Peyote is a sacred cactus medicine traditionally used by Indigenous peoples of North and Central America for spiritual connection, healing, and guidance.
  • What should I bring with me?
You’ll receive a full packing list, but key items include: Journal + pen Blanket, yoga mat, or cushion Swimwear + towel Comfortable layered clothing Optional: a small sacred object for the altar Camping gear if needed.
  • Where is the retreat located?
At a private lakefront cottage near Haliburton, Ontario. Full directions are sent upon registration.
  • Can I come with a friend?
Yes! You’re welcome to attend with someone and request to share a room or campsite. However, this retreat is primarily designed for deep inner connection and stillness, so we gently encourage quiet time and spaciousness even when attending with someone close.
  • Is the food vegetarian or can you accommodate dietary needs?
Meals are plant-forward, wholesome, and seasonal. Special dietary needs can be accommodated with notice — please reach out after booking.
  • What if I need to cancel?
All payments are non-refundable due to the limited space. However, you may transfer your spot to another woman with our approval.
